Ingredients
1 soft gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerol, sorbitol, purified water) contains 250 mg of 100% Sea buckthorn oil and 3-6-7-9 Omega fatty acids.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule twice daily before a meal.
Swallow the capsule whole with water or squeeze the contents into meal.
Suitable for long-term use.
